In-Person and Virtual Sessions Offered
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of life, and also one of the most painful when things feel disconnected, uncertain, or emotionally overwhelming. I provide relationship counseling in Houston and online counseling across Texas, supporting women navigating relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, breakups, and patterns that feel hard to understand or change.
You may be considering therapy because something in your relationship feels “off,” even if you can’t fully name it.
Many clients describe feeling:
· Emotionally disconnected from their partner
· Stuck in cycles of conflict or misunderstanding
· Uncertain about whether to stay or leave
· Anxious, confused, or emotionally overwhelmed in the relationship
· Like they are doing most of the emotional labor
· Afraid of repeating the same relationship patterns
· Lonely even while in a relationship
· Unsure of what they actually need or deserve
Sometimes the relationship looks “fine” on the outside, but internally feels unstable or draining.
Relationship counseling is not about assigning blame or deciding what you “should” do.
It is about understanding what is happening beneath the surface so you can move forward with clarity.
In therapy, you may begin to:
· Identify unhealthy or repeating relational patterns
· Understand attachment dynamics and emotional responses
· Improve communication and emotional expression
· Clarify your needs, boundaries, and values in relationships
· Process betrayal, rupture, or emotional disconnection
· Explore whether repair or release feels aligned
The goal is not to rush decisions, it's to help you see clearly.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in helping you reconnect with yourself: your needs, your voice, and your direction moving forward.
In our work together, we focus on:
· Understanding your emotional experience without judgment
· Slowing down reactive cycles so you can gain clarity
· Exploring patterns that may be keeping you stuck
· Strengthening your ability to trust your internal signals
· Creating space for grounded, intentional decision-making
You do not have to have answers before starting therapy. We begin with your experience as it is.
I work with women navigating:
· Repeated relationship patterns that feel familiar but painful
· Breakups or emotional endings that feel unresolved
· Difficulty trusting themselves in relationships
· Loss of self within a partnership
· Uncertainty about long-term compatibility
· Emotional disconnection or lack of intimacy
· Anxiety related to attachment or abandonment
· Healing after relational trauma or betrayal
Many clients come in saying:
“I don’t know what’s wrong, but something doesn’t feel right.”
Often, relationship struggles are not just about the current relationship—they are shaped by earlier emotional experiences, attachment patterns, and learned ways of relating.
In therapy, we may explore:
· Why certain dynamics feel familiar
· How you respond to emotional closeness or distance
· What you learned about love, safety, and connection
· How to build healthier emotional boundaries moving forward
This is not about labeling you, it's about understanding you.
Whether you are trying to repair a relationship, decide what comes next, or understand your patterns more deeply, therapy can offer a grounded space to slow down and listen to yourself again. You do not have to navigate relationship uncertainty alone.
