Fees and Out-of-Network Insurance

It is important that you feel comfortable and confident choosing the right counselor for your needs. I offer a brief consultation to discuss what you are experiencing, answer questions, share my approach, and determine whether we are a good fit. 

$160 for a 45-minute in-person or virtual session. 

I am not contracted with insurance companies and operate as an out-of-network provider. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by your individual insurance plan.
