In-Person Therapy in Sugar Land & Virtual Therapy for Women Across Texas

Some losses leave you asking more than “What happened?” They leave you wondering, “Who am I now?”
I work with women navigating grief, relationship changes, and major life transitions. Therapy can provide a place to slow down, process your experiences, and reconnect with who you are.
Grief and loss are not only about what has happened, but also about the space between what you thought life would be and what it is now. That gap can feel confusing, heartbreaking, and difficult to make sense of on your own.
I strive to create a space where you can feel grounded, understood, and free to be yourself without judgment, without having to have the “right words,” have everything figured out, or show up as anything other than where you are right now.
I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone feels seen and understood again. Things begin to make more sense, and they begin to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels real, steady, and possible rather than forced or rushed.
I offer in-person therapy in Sugar Land and the Greater Houston area, including Katy, The Woodlands, and Conroe, as well as online therapy across Texas.
