My Approach

With all clients, I work collaboratively in creating realistic treatment goals that promote a sense of accomplishment and success. I believe that we all have the the capacity for positive change and that a safe environment creates an atmosphere that allows individuals to heal and grow. I also acknowledge the significance of a spiritual component and work to meet my clients where they are in their own spiritual journey.
